Prof. Dr. Mr. Soepomo (22 Januari 1903 – 12 September 1958) adalah seorang politikus dan pengacara Indonesia yang menjabat sebagai Menteri Kehakiman pertama negara itu dari Agustus hingga November 1945 dan lagi dari Desember 1949 hingga 6 September 1950. Dikenal sebagai bapak konstitusi Indonesia,[1] ia secara anumerta dinyatakan sebagai Pahlawan Nasional Indonesia oleh Presiden Soekarno pada tahun 1965. Soepomo dikenal sebagai perancang Undang-undang Dasar 1945, bersama dengan Muhammad Yamin dan Soekarno
